Pumpkinhead Orange Cranberry Sauce

1 small apple (peeled & diced)
6 cups fresh cranberries
[/column] [column]1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground clove
2 1/2 cups sugar

Zest and juice the orange and add to Pumpkinhead. Bring to a boil until the zest is tender. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the cranberries break. Cool and serve.
