The morning after our first measurable snowfall I headed out to a few of my favorite locations in Porter and Parsonsfield to capture some aerial photos as the clouds began to break. This area along Rt 160 in Parsonsfield is one of my “must fly” locations. Everything in the composition screams “New England”: Fields, barns, and farm houses help lead the eyes to a partially frozen West Pond, backdropped by the snow covered hills and mountains. It’s a view that can only truly be appreciated from the air.
