We would like to serve notice for our upcoming film called California Gold Rush where Lewiston is used for authentic San Francisco street scenes and Wiscasset for outdoor shots of prospects mucking for gold.

The Atomic Age Comes to Stonington
A Massachusetts tech engineer warned that a sizeable amount of radioactive debris is falling on our state. This frightened two little girls in Stonington who paused in their play to discuss this frightening age. “Gosh,” the first girl remarked, “those atom bombs are awful. Any day now one could blow us right into maternity!” “Yes,” agreed the other, “and yer wouldn’t know who ter blame.”
