We enjoyed the wonderful chamber music of the Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival last summer and just had to invite them back! Program highlights will follow soon, but we wanted to make sure you marked your calendar now for this performance and the second on August 12!

The Mt. Desert Festival of Chamber Music is proud to announce its historic 50th anniversary season of summer concerts at the Neighborhood House in Northeast Harbor, Maine. Among the performers will be four award-winning string quartets, all familiar to festival audiences. The following are some highlights of the season:

The Leura Hill Eastman Performing Arts Center will once again take part in the Met Summer Encores, a series of screenings from the groundbreaking Met Live in HD series.
