This dinner features a customary Italian, multi-course meal and a carefully planned wine flight and an array of holiday cocktail offerings will be specially priced for the evening. Offered in addition to Cinque Terre’s regular menu, which features nationally recognized Ligurian-inspired cuisine, the Feas  menu will be served 4:30-8 p.m. on December 24, and will give locals and visitors to the city a merry dining alternative.

On Saturday, November 13, Lee Skawinski, executive chef and co-owner of Portland, Maine’s acclaimed Vignola restaurant (www.vignolamaine.com), will offer a Spanish food and wine tasting menu in addition to the restaurants’ popular dinner menu. Dinner guests who select Skawinski’s specially created, four-course, Spanish-inspired tasting menu will have the opportunity to visit with guest sommelier Chris Campbell from Portland’s C&P Imports, one of the city’s most knowledgeable wine importers.

Executive chef Troy Mains prepares traditional holiday offerings with unique twists alongside customary holiday favorites, making for a bona fide Thanksgiving feast. Organic roasted turkey with giblet gravy and homemade brioche stuffing are on the menu, along with duck, prime rib, and flavorful sides, including ginger mashed sweet potatoes, cranberry sauces, local cheeses, homemade breads and salads.

No. 10 Water Restaurant kicks off the fall season with an OctoberFest Beer Tasting, featuring an array of ales from Maine's favorite, Gritty McDuff’s — alongside a menu of creative, upscale pub pairings, including a seasonal poutine, house-made brick oven pizza selections, and a local Maine cheddar and beer soup.
