11:30 to 1pm November 9th, Join Stephanie Martin, Programs Coordinator for the Friends of Maine’s Seabird Islands, for a presentation and discussion of the Maine Coastal Islands National Wildlife Refuge and Seabird Restoration. Stephanie will talk about seabird management, ongoing research, and their new visitors center in Rockland. The program takes place at Moore Auditorium on the SERC campus in Winter Harbor. Free and open to the public; donations welcome at the door. Bring your lunch. SERC will supply coffee, tea, and water.

Come to a Car Collectors Yard Sale at the Seal Cove Auto Museum on Sat. Sept. 22nd from 10 am- 3pm. Join us on the lawn of the Seal Cove Auto Museum at 1414 Tremont Road in Seal Cove for a fun day of car parts, collectibles, and household treasures! Museum friends and members will be setting up tables and the public is invited to join in with a table of sale items in return for a donation to the Museum. The Brass Era Auto Collection featured in the Museum will be open all day for viewing with snacks and beverages also available for purchase.

Peninsula Potters Studio Tour and Sale
Peninsula Potters' tenth annual is a guild of both nationally recognized and emerging artists who have established studios on the Blue Hill Peninsula.This event features twenty potters in ten locations showing a wide range of styles using earthenware, stoneware, and fine porcelain clays. The Seal Cove Auto Museum will present its annual event on steam technology from 12-4pm on Saturday September 8th. Featuring the Museum's four Stanley Steamer models, steam advisor, Sue Davis, will conduct a walk-and-talk through the steam collection. Visitors will enjoy special talks and demonstrations on steam technology including steamboats- models and life size, as well as rides in our Ford Depot Hack. All activities included in admission.
