Great Romantic Sonatas

Laura Kargul will share her widely acclaimed affinity for the music of the romantic period by performing the monumental last piano sonatas of Schubert and Chopin, two stunning, soul-searching masterpieces: Schubert’s Sonata in B-Flat Major D. 960 and Chopin’s Sonata in B Minor, Op. 58. As always, she will share her unique insights into the works by commenting from the stage. Laura Kargual will perform on Friday, October 19, at 8 p.m. at Corthell Concert Hall, USM Gorham.
