Black Dinah’s Kate Shaffer on 207
Kate Shaffer, author of Desserted: Recipes and Tales from an Island Chocolatier, joined Rob Caldwell in the kitchen at 207. Kate, the owner of Black Dinah Chocolatiers on Isle au Haut, made orange-scented bittersweet chocolate espresso cinnamon buns. “Those look absolutely sensational,” Caldwell enthused as Kate put the finishing touches on the breakfast treat.

A German Culinary Odyssey
