I’ve been visiting Maine since I was a child and have always loved it. I first visited with my parents on a trip from Scotland at the age of 11 and 26 years later I visit the St George peninsula whenever I can from my home which is now in Toronto. This photo was taken from the Laura B of the Monhegan Boat Line during a sunset cruise in September 2009. Shortly after the sun set the full moon rose – the views were stunning! I sometimes think that Maine coast really is the centre of the universe! Emma of Toronto, Canada
