Bill Would Require Photo ID to Vote

State Rep. Richard Cebra, R-Naples is sponsoring a bills that would require voters to show a photo ID. Critics say the bill would create a barrier to voting, particularly for the elderly, young voters, the handicapped and homeless people.

Cebra also is sponsoring legislation requiring candidates for public office to show proof of citizenship.
