Portland's East Bayside to be Beautified

The American Institute of Architects is sending architects to East Bayside as part of a grant. The goal is to help turn the neighborhood into a well designed urban area. According to the Portland Press Herald, the area has been targeted by large planning programs a number of times in the past.
