Biathlon Thrives in Northern Maine

Biathlon is one of the most overlooked of the Olympic Winter Sports, so it is fitting that it has found its place at the very top of Northern Maine. And this beautiful match was made thanks to the Maine Winter Sports Center, a world class biathlon training center located in Fort Kent. According to the New York Times, six out of nine biathletes representing the US this Winter Games spent time training at the Maine Winter Sports Center.
