Sunrise County Ramblers to play in the Cobscook Community Bandstand, Sunday, August 4th, 7:00pm.
The Sunrise County Ramblers was formed in 2010, when Kris Paprocki, Megan Paprocki, and Ally Talbot began playing together at venues around Washington County, Maine. In 2012, the group was completed with the addition of Molana Oei. Although their studies separate them during the school year, they come together during the summer to perform: singing and playing guitar, banjo, fiddle, and piano. None of them is older than twenty-one, but old time music is their specialty. They play traditional ballads, fiddle tunes, and popular music of the 19th and early 20th centuries.
The concert will be in the CCLC's outdoor timber frame bandstand, built in 2008 in memory of Don Furth.
