If you’ve ever wanted to visit a speakeasy, now here’s your chance. Once a month, Museum L-A in Lewiston transforms into a speakeasy as part of “The Roaring 20s to Swing” exhibit. Join “Rachel” and her entourage for an evening of Prohibition-era libations, dancing, and live jazz. Doors open at 6 p.m. with music from 7 p.m. to closing by Two Bar Break. Light refreshments will be available.True to history, guests at “Rachel’s Speakeasy” will need a password to enter the Museum through the back door. Guests are encouraged – but not required – to wear 1920s attire such as flapper dresses, fedoras, and pin-striped suits. This is an age 21 or older event.Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door – price includes a souvenir mug and your password. Get your tickets early – seating is limited!
