Eligibility: This contest (“Contest”) is offered by Down East Enterprise, Inc. D.B.A. Down East (“Sponsor”) to residents only (excluding territories), who are at least 18 years old. Prize/Odds: No warranties or representations of any kind are made about the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to exchange any prize for any reason with another prize. General Conditions: Void where prohibited. Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in Knox, Maine having competent jurisdictions, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Maine without regard for the doctrines of Conflict of Law.
